I want to paint a concrete fountain and need ideas on paints and base coat. i want something that will last?

I painted a concrete pedastal three years ago. It's in my garden and holding up fine. I primed it first which is time consuming due to the rough texture of the concrete. Then I painted it with two coats of paint. Make sure you use the best quality primer and paint you can afford. And it must be exterior paint. Good luck! It'll look awesome.
