My bumper just got painted and there are a few fish eyes.the body shop said they are going to sand them then spray the clear coat after.Is it safe to sand out fish eyes on a car then spray clear coat on the paint. that is what the body shop doin?
they should strip it and redo the job, fish eyes are usually caused by silicone under the finish (poor prep work), spraying over them will insure that they will just keep coming back
