What is the best kind of paint/coating to put on coil springs and leaf springs (and other flexible parts)?

I'm going to be painting my leaf springs and some parts. I would like to know if I should use a particular kind so as to not chip off while the spring are flexing. What is the best kind of paint/coating to put on coil springs and leaf springs (and other flexible parts)?
use a 2k solid color, with the solid color you can add a 'flex additive' to the paint before painting the color i would spray an adhesion promoter then color, also but alot more expensive is to powdercoat, but the most expensive and most durable would be to use a 2k 2 layer with flex additive and to finish with a ceramic clear coat but this clear is around $500US per quart...What is the best kind of paint/coating to put on coil springs and leaf springs (and other flexible parts)?
Powdercoating, where the paint is actually a plastic resin that flexes with the part. Many manufacturers already have their springs coated this way.
