Paint is bubbling and peeling on ceiling when applying second coat.?

Renovating a new property and working on ceiling in bedroom. Removed polystyrene tiles that were stuck to ceiling and sanded the whole surface to smooth. Applied a first coat and all was ok. Two weeks later just applied the second and areas have bubbled and peeled away when running with the roller. Paint I have used is Dulux so can't be the quality surely. Is there something I should have done to prevent this and how can I fix the problem. Help!Paint is bubbling and peeling on ceiling when applying second coat.?
Wait for it to dry thoroughly and then use a good quality primer and then repaint. moisture in the ceiling is coming out so the paint will not adhere properly. Had this problem in my house with plaster wallsPaint is bubbling and peeling on ceiling when applying second coat.?
you forgot to use primer first. it adheres to the ceiling %26amp; gives a surface for the paint to adhere to
What style of paint??If the first coat is gloss or semi gloss it needs to be sanded between coats for the following coat has something to grab on to.....
wait fur the first coat to dry longer scrap the dryed bubbles off and paint it again.
