Is there any way to clean and or buff out slight scratches on flat black epoxy coat auto paint?

you can try fix it i got some and it works or just use some touch up paint.Is there any way to clean and or buff out slight scratches on flat black epoxy coat auto paint?
you can apply the rubbing compound (waxpol make). firstly sprinkle some water to make the surface wet, then apply the rubbing compound and wipe with soft cloth briskly using pressure(force) by you hands.

There are any good ways. A clear coat will reduce the visibility. AN auto deal for you model will have a pen that match your pain color. There is always a little bump left over after you use the pen.
As a professional painter I've always wondered that myself. It seems as though there is no way to polish the marks without destroying the matte finish by making it gloss up.Any time I have needed to freshen a low gloss finish,it took a new mist coat of paint to do it.I might experiment with Armor All low gloss.Or a mild sandblasting.
