I used paint thinner to remove interior paint off my floor, now the tiles are rough. How can I coat my floor?

I imagine that some coating was removed with the paint thinner. I haven't tried any sort of floor wax or things of that nature yet, I'm just waiting on suggestions.I used paint thinner to remove interior paint off my floor, now the tiles are rough. How can I coat my floor?
