Can you suggest what to use to coat/paint an old picket fence that is made with treated wood.?

It is about 10-15 years old and is in pretty bad shape but I would like to coat it with something to make it last a little longer. Can you suggest what to use to coat/paint an old picket fence that is made with treated wood.?
Most people make the mistake of sealing their decks or fences before the treated wood has time to cure, never do that on anything new that treated wood is used on, give it 6 months to a year to cure. In your case its already cured. Use bleach and water and if you have a pressure washer that will be great after its cleaned. once the prep work is done use a good exterior primer like Kilz and a good exterior paint, don't skimp out on cost if you want it to last!!!! Spend the extra money on the best exterior they have and it will last...Never use Thompson's in my book, its paraffin based and you have to keep re-applying it every 6 months. If you can, get some CWF %26lt;clear wood finish%26gt; it comes in gallon and 5 gal. and will last allot longer. Hope this helps and good luckCan you suggest what to use to coat/paint an old picket fence that is made with treated wood.?
wood primer/ sealer paint.
First wash the fence down with a bleach water solution this will remove the discoloration. Next use a water sealer such as Thompson's. BUT NEVER paint treated wood NO matter anyone tells you, because it will not stay.
If anything is falling off of it, you will have to repair that.

But Behr paint makes an exterior paint that is paint and primer all in one. I think it has a lifetime warranty.
Try calling a paint selling store, they should be more experienced with your question.
