Does anyone know how to remove drylock paint from a 100% polyester coat?

I very much doubt it is possible, I would buy a new one.Does anyone know how to remove drylock paint from a 100% polyester coat?
Dried paint of any kind is near impossible to remove without destroying the fabric.
