I have a rubber mold, what filler, paint, and clear coat do I use.?

I have a rubber mold to make a figureine what kind of filler should I use, and paint, and clear coat for a nice glossy finish? Please.I have a rubber mold, what filler, paint, and clear coat do I use.?
Plaster of paris. (plaster)


Oil base, for water proofing. (lead free)


Polyurithane.
